At BAR50 there are lots of possibilities for having a good time: During day BAR50 functions as a café and at night it turns into a bar with plenty of room for everyone. There are good oppotunities to sit down and enjoy a cold beer, play cards with the family, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, or to dance on our fun event nights.
Student discount: Get 10% discount on everything in the bar upon presentation of a valid student card (does not apply to filter coffee, refills, or other discounted items)
We have events for kids, young people and adults at the hostel: during holiday breaks, we have fun and creative activities for kids, while we often have cool DJ's and bands playing in the bar in the evenings.
All of our events are customized for the house and open for everyone who wishes to join in. We are very focused that our events are not of any unnecessary inconvenience for our guests or our nabours, and BAR50 never functions as a night club.

It is possible to arrange private events in BAR50. Do you for example need some extra square meters in order to invite your entire family to a baptism, birthday or the like - BAR50 might be the solution. We can for example arrange a delicious family brunch, family Christmas lunch or birthdays. There are lots of possibilities. Contact us on bar50@cphhostel.dk to learn about the possibilities for arranging your event at BAR50.
Do you need a place for a company-get-together or a medium-sized company event? BAR50 offers lots of possibilities for this as well. You can for example arrange an “after work” beer tasting or wine tasting. Also, if you are looking for a place for your company to have lunch it is possible to arrange this as well in our great surroundings.
