At Danhostel Copenhagen City, we have a total of 1020 beds in 192 rooms and therefore have the capacity to welcome both large and small groups.
We are happy to tailor your stay to accommodate your particular needs and wishes. We have many years of experience in arranging group stays of all sizes meaning that we can meet the vast majority of queries.
We have what it takes to make your stay a fantastic one and we are always happy to help you with tasks such as arranging meals (either in the hostel or to take with you), coordinating bus trips, booking sightseeings in Copenhagen, and much more.
We welcome many different groups: school groups, camp schools, scouts, companies, bachelor parties, international groups and others, and we know exactly how to relate to each of them. This means that the group organizer, whether that would be a teacher, a travel guide, a parent or someone else, can rest assured knowing that the group is in good hands.

A LOVELY DAY STARTS WITH A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST – AND IT'S THE SAME HERE WITH US!
We serve a delicious breakfast buffet every morning 7 days a week from 7 a.m. -10 a.m.
The buffet includes cheese, three kinds of cold meats, fruit and vegetables, cereal, oatmeal, muesli and freshly baked bread.
It also includes two kinds of juice, milk, yoghurt, coffee and tea.
The breakfast buffet is optional and costs DKK 75 for adults and DKK 37.50 for children under 12 when pre-booking, and otherwise an extra fee of DKK 10 per person when ordering on the day.
LUNCH
Lunch buffet can be ordered by groups of at least 20 people.
Will you be on the go all day? Groups can order a Lunch Pack (1 sandwich, 1 piece of fruit and 1 bottle of water) for DKK 65 per person – so you will have time for a little extra sightseeing!
DINNER
Dinner buffet can be ordered for groups of at least 20 people.
NB: Groups must order their meals at least 14 days in advance at gb@cphhostel.dk
Time of arrival:
Check-in is from 2 p.m on the day of arrival.
Groups should always announce their arrival time in advance so that we are able to welcome you in the best possible way, and also to ensure we have a place to store your luggage in case you arrive before 2 p.m.
Departure and luggage storage upon departure:
Check-out is no later than 10 a.m on standard rooms and 12 noon on standard+ rooms.
If you are leaving Copenhagen later in the day, luggage storage can be arranged for a fee. Groups can either choose to make a late check-out on one of their rooms until 12 a.m for DKK 200, or rent a room for an extra night so that luggage can be stored the entire day.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for groups to use the luggage room upon departure.

Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and a towel are included for every guest. A bag with linen and a towel will be handed to you upon arrival which you shall also return upon departure in our deposit box in the lobby. Extra linen and towels can always be rented at the reception.
Please be aware that sleeping bags are not allowed in the hostel and that avoiding the use of bed linen on our beds will result in a fee of DKK 500 per person.

If you have booked a stay for a group, please remember to ready your booking confirmation, which also contains all our important information and house rules.
Guided walks can be arranged for groups for a fee and can include information and history about the following:
