Extra linen and towels can always be rented at reception.
Please be aware that sleeping bags are not allowed in the hostel and that avoiding the use of bed linen on our beds will result in a fee of DKK 500 per person.
In the room:
Most of our rooms have cabinets that can be secured with a padlock. Padlocks can either be rented for DKK 20 or bought for DKK 50 in the reception. You are also welcome to bring your own padlock.
Before check-in:
If you arrive early, it is possible to place your luggage in a locked room on the ground floor at your own risk. If you are travelling as a part of a larger group arriving before 2 p.m, then please contact us a couple of days in advance via gb@cphhostel.dk so that we have time enough to arrange storage for your luggage.
Upon departure:
Individual travellers and families are able to store luggage for DKK 20 per person upon departure. Please note, that there's a limited space in the luggage room, so we do not guarantee luggage storage after check-out. On busy days, where the luggage room is fully occupied at check-out time, we recommend LuggageHero who offers luggage storage in several locations in Copenhagen. It is easy and quick to use and costs €1 per hour plus a €2 start-up fee. Find a suitable location for your luggage at LuggageHero.com
Groups:
Larger groups can either choose to store their luggage in one of their rooms by buying a late check-out until 12 noon for DKK 200, or rent a room for an extra night if the luggage is to be stored for an entire day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for groups to use the luggage room upon departure.
