Bed linen and towels are included in the room price and is provided during check in.
Please be aware that sleeping bags are not allowed in the hostel and that avoiding the use of bed linen on our beds will result in a fee of DKK 500 per person.

El bufet del desayuno cuesta DKK 75 para los adultos y DKK 37.50 para niños menores de 12 años.

Las habiatciones privadas standards pueden solicitar Late Check-out a las 12:00 (mediodía) por un costo de 200DKK, mientras que el costo en una cama en dormitorio compartido es de 75DKK para Late check-out.

¿Cuándo debo pagar mi reserva?
Si realiza su reserva online en la página web, deberá pagar de inmediato antes de que su reserva sea aprobada. Si realiza su reserva por teléfono o por correo electrónico le enviaremos una confirmación electrónica o por correo normal. Las reservas realizadas más de 14 días antes del ingreso deberán ser pagadas de antemano. Las reservas realizadas menos de 14 días antes del ingreso podrán ser pagadas online o bien al ingresar.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification can be made until 6 p.m the day before arrival (local time). A charge of the first night’s price will apply if cancellation is made later than this.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount will be charged at the moment of the purchase and in case of a no-show, no refund will be made.

Please be aware that other conditions may apply when booking through third-party agencies (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, etc.).
Depósito de maletas
En la habitación
En la mayor parte de las habitaciones hay armarios que pueden ser cerrados con candados. Ud. podrá alquilar o comprar un candado en la recepción por DKK 20 o DKK 50 respectivamente.
Antes de ingresar:
Si Ud. llega temprano podrá dejar su equipaje en una habitación con llave, bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad. Esta habitación se encuentra en el lobby.
Al partir:
Los viajeros individuales y las familias podrán dejar su equipaje por DKK 20 por persona al partir. Los grupos de viajeros podrán elegir entre mantener una de sus habitaciones hasta las 12.00 hs a un costo adicional de DKK 200, o bien alquilar una habitación por una noche más de manera tal que el equipaje pueda estar allí el día completo. Lamentablemente los grupos de viajeros no podrán utilizar el depósito para equipaje al partir.
Si no se ha acordado guardar el equipaje antes de su llegada, podrá acordarlo en la recepción siempre que sea posible en cuanto a disponibilidad.
La cocina para huéspedes y la lavandería

En la planta baja tenemos la cocina para huéspedes. La cocina está reservada para el uso de los viajeros individuales y para familias. Los grupos de más de 10 personas no podrán hacer uso de la cocina. NO está permitido cocinar ni comer en las habitaciones.
La lavandería está ubicada en la planta baja. Para lavar Ud. deberá cargarle dinero a su llave electrónica.
Consumo de alcohol y tabaco
El ingreso al hostal con bebidas alcohólicas no está permitido. Toda bebida alcohólica será confiscada por el personal del hostal, quien aplicara una multa de DKK 1.000.- a quien no respete dicha norma.
No está permitido fumar dentro del hostal, solo afuera del edificio. El consumo de tabaco dentro del hostal será penalizado con una multa de DKK 1.000.-
Adaptado para personas discapacitadas
El Danhostel Copenhagen City está adaptado para recibir personas discapacitadas, por lo que puede ser utilizado sin ningún problema por personas en sillas de ruedas. En la entrada principal tenemos una rampa de acceso y el ascensor permite a los huéspedes acceder a todos los pisos. Asimismo, los botones del ascensor, los lectores para las llaves electrónicas, etc. están ubicadas a una altura adaptada para personas en sillas de rueda, quienes también podrán reservar habitaciones con espacio adicional para sillas de ruedas que permite mayor libertad de movimiento.
Si Ud. desea reservar una habitación adaptada para silla de ruedas deberá comunicárselo a Danhostel Copenhagen City al tiempo que realice su reserva, ya que depende de su disponibilidad.

We have a special agreement with APCOA allowing our guests to recieve a 24-hour parking ticket for DKK 190. The parking ticket is valid from the time of purchase and 24 hours ahead. Parking permits and a parking map are issued at the reception desk in the hostel by registering your license plate number. Please have this information ready in advance when contacting the front desk. Please be aware that you need to register and pay for the parking before you drive into the car park.
We emphasise that Danhostel Copenhagen City is merely arranging the parking permits and will not to be held responsible for any theft or damage to any vehicles or contents of vehicles in the car park. Any vehicles parked at the car park are done so entirely at the drivers/owners risk.
Aparcamiento en las calles aledañas
Ud. también podrá aparcar en algunas de las pequeñas calles aledañas, por ejemplo en Puggardsgade, Hambrosegade o Rysensteensgade. We also offer free parking in our facilities in Valby or Frederiksberg. We offer free parking in our two parking facilities in Valby and Frederiksberg. So if you do not need to use the car during your stay, you can park the car here during your stay. Absolutely free. Read more about the offer here.
Bike rental
Bike rental
You can rent bikes at the reception for DKK 120.
The rental begins from the time of purchase until 10 AM the next day. So the earlier you rent the bike, the more hours you can enjoy the bike.
We don't rent bikes per hour. The bikes are rented out in collaboration with Copenhagen Bicycles.
Certain bikes have child seats on, and of course, we also have bicycle helmets available.
If you would like to rent a bicycle, please contact the reception.
Age restriction
Children and young people up to and including 15 years of age can only stay at Danhostel Copenhagen City accompanied by adults.
16- and 17-year-old young people can stay alone at the hostel provided that Danhostel Copenhagen City has received a confirmation from a parent or guardian in advance, confirming that the young person(s) can stay alone at the hostel.
Children under the age of 15 (and accompanied by adults) can only be accommodated in private rooms.
Animals
Dogs are more than welcome here at Danhostel Copenhagen City.
You will only have to pay an additional DKK 150,- per per dog stay. You can add the dog fee when booking your stay here on our website.

Toddlers
Children of all ages are welcome at the hostel. A child under the age of 3 can stay free of charge in the existing beds in private rooms. It is possible to rent a baby cot of DKK 75 pr. stay including a sheet, duvet and pillow. There is only room for one baby cot pr. room.
We also offer strollers for rent during your stay for DKK 50 per day.

If you have lost something during your stay here at our hostel, you can report it to us right here, where you can tell us what you are missing. Next, we will see if it matches one of the parts in our box of lost and found. If it does, we will contact you with the further return process.

If you have lost something that you do not want us to send back to you, we will be happy to donate it to anyone who might need it. We do this as a part of our mission to be a sustainable hostel.
